Baştaşlar Construction is a family-owned construction and development company in Northern Cyprus that has been operating since 1969. The developer’s main areas of activity are residential construction, infrastructure facilities, and integrated territorial development.
History and experience
The company was founded by brothers Ali and Omer Baştaş. Over the years, Baştaşlar Construction has been involved in the construction of residential buildings, public facilities, power plants, universities, apartments, and villas. In 1998, management passed to the family’s third-generation representative, Ahmet Baştaş, who now runs the company together with Sinem Baştaş.
Projects
One of the company’s key areas of focus has been the development of Sun Valley Resort & Residency in Esentepe. This residential and resort area combines low-rise complexes, villas, public spaces, and infrastructure for everyday life. Golden Circle Village is part of the Sun Valley Countryside East district.
